The tower-type centralized melting furnace is a special equipment integrating concentrated melting and heat preservation of aluminum alloy. It adopts a German tower structure. The scientific material formula and segmented pouring process create excellent performance of the equipment. It is characterized by continuous melting during use. Intermittent, extremely low failure rate, long service life, extremely low energy consumption and burning loss, the energy consumption per ton of aluminum can be controlled within 50m3. The intelligent human-computer interactive operation interface can be equipped with MES data interaction and remote control systems, as well as multi-level accurate detection data and analog control systems. The equipment has a high degree of automation. Precise air-fuel ratio control, equipped with low-nitrogen combustion technology and the support of a heat exchange system, give full play to the utilization of gas, resulting in extremely low nitrogen content in the furnace, high thermal efficiency, and low burning loss. The equipment has a high degree of automation. The equipment can be melted separately and used directly next to the machine. Degassing devices can be installed inside the insulation chamber and at the soup outlet. The temperature of the aluminum water in the furnace can be set according to the customer's process, and the temperature control accuracy can be within ± 5 degrees. The flame can be intelligently adjusted in size and started and stopped according to the aluminum used and material level. The equipment has a modular design, and the design can be changed to add other functional configurations according to customer needs. The safety interlocking electronic control logic design eliminates safety hazards in the cradle.
The melting capacity of this equipment can be designed from 300 to 3000KG/H, and it can use natural gas, liquefied petroleum gas, light diesel and other energy sources. The furnace body is divided into two independent furnace structures, the preheating melting chamber and the insulation chamber. The scientific structural design makes the generation of solid solution oxides extremely low, and the burning loss rate is within 1.3%. The main accessories of this product are all from well-known domestic and foreign brands. Each main component can withstand harsh environments and adapt to long-term work. It has outstanding thermal insulation and safety performance. The segmented casting process and welding process effectively release the stress caused by thermal expansion. Avoid cracking in the furnace.
Product features:
1.Tower structure,melting chamber and holding chamber are all have high heat heat-changer which is developed independently to improve the heat efficiency.
2.Using imported anti-penetration castables and non-stick aluminum castables, the furnace lining has a service life of more than five years.
3. Use imported bright flame burners and equipped with fuel combustion air synchronous adjustment devices to accurately control the oxygen content of the atmosphere in the furnace, and the material burning loss is less than 1. 3%.
4. Equipped with letter fire control, remote overcontrol, temperature curve recording, photoelectric flame detection, pressure detection, automatic temperature control, liquid level control, automatic feeding, automatic soup dispensing, fault alarm and other functions.
5. Use high-quality insulation materials: ceramic fiber boards, lightweight insulation bricks, nano-boards, anti-penetration lightweight castables, and the furnace surface temperature rise is <30 degrees.
6.Reasonable structural design: the furnace has no dead corners and is easy to clean.
7. A variety of soup dispensing methods are available: direct soup dispensing through the feeding line, pneumatic soup blocking, and rotating soup dispensing. The rotating soup dispensing method is particularly recommended, as it is safe and reliable and saves the trouble of plugging consumables and clogging.
