Working principle of aluminum ash smelting rotary furnace:
1.Before use, the aluminum slag tilting rotary furnace is first paved with cold ash. The cold ash used for the bottom is sieved ash granules. The amount added is 3/4 to 1 bucket. If the amount of hot ash is not enough, you can wait for more hot ash to be added.
2. The hot ash sent from each workshop must be put into the furnace in time (except when frying ash or unloading). If it cannot be put into the furnace in time, the hot ash burning on the surface should be scattered and covered with fine ash, and closed with a slag basin cover. Prevent excessive oxidation and reduce heat loss.
