Bag filter is a dry dust filtering device. It is suitable for capturing small, dry, and non fibrous dust. The filter bag is made of textile filter cloth or non-woven felt, and uses the filtering effect of fiber fabric to filter the dusty gas. When the dusty gas enters the bag filter, the large and heavy particles of dust settle down due to gravity and fall into the ash hopper. When the gas containing fine and small dust passes through the filter material, the dust is blocked and the gas is purified.
Introduction:
Bag filter is a dry dust filtering device. It is
suitable for capturing small, dry, and non fibrous dust. The filter bag
is made of textile filter cloth or non-woven felt, and uses the
filtering effect of fiber fabric to filter the dusty gas. When the dusty
gas enters the bag filter, the large and heavy particles of dust settle
down due to gravity and fall into the ash hopper. When the gas
containing fine and small dust passes through the filter material, the
dust is blocked and the gas is purified.
Advantages:
(1)The dust
removal efficiency is high, generally above 99%. The dust concentration
at the outlet of the dust collector is within tens of mg/m3, and it has a
high classification efficiency for fine dust with sub micron particle
size.
(2)The range of air volume processing is wide, ranging from
only a few cubic meters per minute for small ones to tens of thousands
of cubic meters per minute for large ones. It can be used for dust
removal in industrial furnaces and kilns, reducing the emission of
atmospheric pollutants.
(3)Simple structure and convenient maintenance and operation.
On the premise of ensuring the same high dust removal efficiency, the cost is lower than that of electrostatic precipitators.
When
using high-temperature resistant filter media such as glass fiber,
polytetrafluoroethylene, and P84, it can operate under high temperature
conditions above 200 ℃.
(4) Not sensitive to the characteristics of dust, unaffected by dust and electrical resistance.
Working principle:
The
filter bag uses compressed air for spraying and cleaning, and the
cleaning mechanism consists of an air bag, a spraying pipe, and an
electromagnetic pulse control valve. Each row of filter bags in the
filtering room is equipped with a spray pipe at the top of the outlet.
The lower side of the spray pipe is directly facing the center of the
filter bag and has a spray port. Each spray pipe is equipped with a
pulse valve and is connected to the compressed air bag. When cleaning,
the electromagnetic valve opens the pulse valve, and the compressed air
is sprayed by the cleaning control device (differential pressure or
timing, manual control) according to the set program to open the
electromagnetic pulse spraying. The compressed gas passes through each
pulse valve in a very short time and in sequence through the nozzles on
the spraying pipe, inducing several times the amount of air injected
into the filter bag, forming an air wave, causing the filter bag to
experience rapid expansion and shock vibration from the bag mouth to the
bottom, Causing a strong cleaning effect, shaking off the dust on the
filter bag.
