Working principle:
The materials enter the chamber
sequentially from the feeding hopper and fall onto the high-speed
rotating movable impact hammer. Through the action between the hammer
and the impact plate, the materials are initially crushed in the impact
zone. After being repeatedly hit and counterattacked by high-frequency
hammers and counterattacks, the materials fall onto the middle
partition, forming a pile up and sliding, falling onto the sieve plate
below the rotor, and then being thrown into the impact plate at high
speed for collision. The falling material is then forcibly
counterattacked, broken, and ground by the movable hammer. Therefore,
the material undergoes multiple composite crushing, scouring and
grinding during its self weight falling process, thereby achieving
ultrafine effects.
