operation interface, the equipment has a high degree of automation.
Precise air-fuel ratio, analog control system, and equipped with
low-nitrogen combustion technology and heat exchange system support,
fully utilize the gas utilization, and have the characteristics of
continuous melting without interruption, high thermal efficiency, and
low burning loss. The temperature of the aluminum water can be set
according to the customer's process, and the temperature control
accuracy can be within ± 5 degrees. The safety interlocking electronic
control logic design eliminates safety hazards in the cradle.

5. The crucibles are equipped with isostatic graphite
crucibles, ductile iron crucibles and pig iron crucibles, for users to
choose according to the purity requirements of the product. Generally,
graphite crucibles are mostly configured.
6. The rotary downward
pressure furnace cover can make the high-temperature exhaust gas emitted
form a high-temperature hot air curtain at the furnace mouth, which can
play the role of melting, heat preservation, and preheating the melt,
significantly shortening the melting time and making the work more
efficient.
7. The dumping device generally uses a hydraulic station
(electro-hydraulic or manual turbine reducer tilting), which is easy and
simple to use. The maximum rotation angle of the furnace body can reach
90 degrees, which is convenient for pouring large amounts of molten
soup.

control the temperature, automatically melt, and automatically keep the
temperature. It can also conduct on-site temperature inspection of the
melt. There is a leakage port at the bottom of the furnace, which can
