The process of further purifying the anode copper produced by fire refining and recovering valuable metals.
Introduction:
The electrolytic refining of copper is to cast the fire-refined copper into an anode plate, use pure copper sheets as the starting electrode sheet (cathode sheet), and put them alternately into the electrolytic cell. Use an aqueous solution of copper sulfate and sulfuric acid as the electrolyte. Under the action of direct current, the copper on the anode and the base metal with a relatively negative potential are electrochemically dissolved into the electrolyte, while the precious metal is insoluble and becomes anode sludge and sinks to the bottom of the electrolytic tank. At the cathode, copper ions gain electrons and crystallize and precipitate at the cathode to obtain the product cathode copper. Other base metals with a negative potential cannot precipitate on the cathode and remain in the electrolyte to be removed during regular purification of the electrolyte. Anode mud containing precious metals and rare metals such as selenium and tellurium is treated separately as a by-product of copper electrolysis in order to recover gold, silver, selenium, tellurium and other elements.
Features:
1.The copper material do not need to be smlted which is electrolyzed, can be directly put into anude frame for electrolysis.
2.When be electrolyzed there is no bad smell toxic gas, there is fresh air on site.
3.The electrolytic liquid is water soluble acid, acid concentration is very low, no directly harm to human body, safe operation.
4.It only costs hundreds yuan to consume one ton of high purity copper plate, achieving low cost and high output value.
