The aluminum liquid in the furnace flows from the aluminum flow channel to the pouring flow channel and enters the distribution drum of the aluminum ingot casting machine. The distribution drum operates synchronously with the operating speed of the ingot casting machine. The distributor has several evenly distributed aluminum ports, each of which is aligned with the running aluminum ingot mold. During pouring, the flow rate of aluminum liquid is synchronized with the speed of the ingot casting machine, ensuring that the aluminum liquid in the aluminum ingot mold is about 85% of the depth of the mold cavity. The ingot casting machine adopts variable frequency speed regulation, There is an aluminum ingot cooling area and an aluminum ingot demolding mechanism on the ingot casting machine, which uses water spray cooling or over water cooling for aluminum ingots. The demolding is carried out by air hammer tapping.
