Bag filter is a dry dust removal device, which is suitable for capturing fine, dry non-fibrous dust. Its technical characteristics and performance are introduced below.
Technical characteristics:
(1) It adopts submerged pulse valve, which opens and closes quickly and has low resistance. For filter bags of 6 to 8 meters in length, the injection pressure is only 0.15 to 0.3 MPa, which can achieve good cleaning effect.
(2) Strong cleaning ability. The acceleration obtained on the surface of the filter bag during cleaning is much greater than that of other types of bag filter, and the cleaning is uniform and effective.
(3) High filtration load. Due to the guarantee of strong cleaning, even if the dust collector is running at a higher filtration wind speed, its resistance will not be too high, generally 1200 to 1500 Pa. Compared with the reverse air dust collector, the pulse bag dust collector has a larger processing air volume with the same filtration area.
(4) Convenient inspection and replacement of filter bags. The installation and replacement of filter bags are convenient and no binding is required. The operator does not need to enter the box, and the operating environment is good.
(5) Low equipment cost. Due to the high filtration load, the filtration area required to treat the same amount of flue gas is smaller than that of the back-blowing bag dust collector, so the equipment is compact and occupies a small area.
(6) Advanced control technology. The control system with PLC programmable controller as the host controls the dust collector cleaning, inlet flue gas temperature, cleaning pressure and other operating parameters in real time. It is fully functional and stable and reliable.
Technical performance:
(1) Processing air volume
The low-pressure pulse bag dust collector can handle a large amount of dust, thereby reducing the filtration area, miniaturizing the equipment and saving investment. When the dust removal object is met, the appropriate filtration wind speed can be determined according to the cleaning method, dust properties, filter bag material, etc.
(2) Outlet dust concentration
The low-pressure pulse bag dust collector has a high dust removal efficiency, and the outlet dust concentration can fully meet the national emission standards, and can even reach below 10mg/m3.
(3) Equipment resistance
The resistance of the dust collector is proportional to the power of the fan, which is an indicator directly related to the fan energy consumption and involves the operating cost of the dust removal system. The resistance of the dust collector is related to many factors such as the device structure, filter material type, dust properties, cleaning method, filtration wind speed, gas temperature, humidity, etc.
(4) Service life of the filter bag
The life of the filter bag is related to its material, flue gas temperature, composition, acid dew point, dust properties and other factors. It is also affected by the filtration wind speed, inlet dust concentration, cleaning frequency and management and maintenance. Therefore, for a dust removal equipment, it is important to correctly select important parameters such as filtration wind speed, filter bag material, and cleaning method to ensure the service life of the filter bag.
