If the suction force is too large, the flame or high-temperature flue gas and fine materials will be drawn away, which will not only affect the melting of the material, but also block the dust collection system, and in severe cases, the bag will be burned. The adjustment method is to properly open the lower plug plate of the surface cooler or the lower electric plug plate of the bag dust collector. If the suction force is too small, most of the high-temperature flue gas and flame rush to the top of the fire chamber, and part of it will be ejected from the coal feeding port, which will not only fail to reach the melting temperature of the material, but also shorten the service life of the furnace fire chamber and increase the labor intensity of the operator. The treatment method is to find the cause in time. If the furnace tail is seriously blocked, clean the furnace; if the dust collection system flue is blocked, clean the flue.
In addition to technology, the responsibility of the fire burner should be strengthened and the operation level should be improved. The combustion process of the artificial coal-adding combustion chamber is cyclical. In order to improve the economy, the coal-adding cycle should be reasonably shortened during the burning. The amount of coal added to the furnace should be small and the number of times should be large. It is required to be spread evenly and the local temperature should not be too high or too low. Rapidly increase the temperature and maintain a stable high temperature, strengthen the stirring of the melted charge in the furnace to ensure that the charge can melt and react quickly at high temperature.
