As the factory's production scale becomes larger and the raw material impurities become more and more variable, it is urgent to increase the age of the copper melting furnace. The three major technical innovations to increase the age of the furnace, namely temperature control, slag removal and repair, have effectively increased the loading volume and expanded the capacity of the tilting furnace, and the age of the furnace has climbed to more than 600 furnaces.
Among them, temperature control technology is to reasonably control the furnace temperature during the smelting process, overcome the disadvantage of excessive temperature affecting the life of the furnace lining, take measures such as forced cooling of local refractory bricks, and reduce the phenomenon of fire in the slag-making reaction process; slag discharge technology is to reasonably control the amount of solvent used, use automatic furnace shaking technology to expand and disperse the slag line area, so that the slag is discharged evenly to reduce the erosion of the furnace body by the slag; repair technology is to regularly use casting materials to directly repair the easily consumable parts of furnace bricks such as the bottom edge of the furnace door, H-beam, and the entrance to the slag chamber.
Use the automatic furnace shaking method to innovate smelting technology, carefully maintain furnace conditions, increase the control of technical parameters that affect furnace life such as solvent usage, furnace temperature, furnace pressure, and oxygen enrichment rate, and explore segmented oxygen supply and balance New operating methods such as furnace temperature have enabled the tilting copper melting furnace to be safely produced for more than 22 months, greatly exceeding the design capacity, significantly extending the furnace life, and saving more than 2 million yuan in annual maintenance costs. Innovative furnace repair methods, using a combination of major, medium and minor repairs, reduce the number of furnace shutdowns for overhaul. In the past, more than 400 tons of refractory bricks were consumed for one overhaul. However, after the implementation of partial, medium and minor repairs, one overhaul only consumes 30~30 tons of furnace bricks. 50t, the furnace repair time is greatly shortened to only 1/3 of the past, which greatly improves the output, production operation rate, furnace age and other technical indicators of the tilting copper furnace.
